In this blog site you will find my experiences starting from December 2019 until now. Experiences related to positive lifestyle changes regarding nutrition, training, online information put together from my point of view and shared for free with all readers who are trying or want to improve their standard of living. I want everyone to find their motivation and path to a healthier life both physically and mentally.
